Metalwork was a major technological innovation that displaced stone-tool technologies and transformed human society and the environment. However, our understanding of these processes remains partial. In this paper, we approach the stone-to-metal transition from a novel angle-the presence of flint knapping at metal production sites. Drawing on excavations at the Late Bronze and Iron Age copper smelting sites in Timna Valley, Israel, we demonstrate that systematic production of expedient stone tools was integral to these sites' industrial operations, placing it at the heart of the very same metal circulation networks that were presumably responsible for its displacement. The observations from Timna, coupled with evidence for the use of chipped stone technology in other early Iron Age metallurgical contexts, support the hypothesis that it was probably both the high accessibility of iron and its qualities that put an end to the stone tool industry. Copper and bronze could not easily fulfill the function of the ad hoc stone tools and were not used to replace stone tools even if they were available and accessible.

Data Presentation of Computer Course Ranking in Nursing College using SQL and Data Analysis at Tobruk UniversityResearch used quantitative with natural experiment research design for analysis of respondent performance in Computer course compared to other courses. The study present tables and figures of data as a result of extraction by SQL and data analysis using the ranking of Computer course in Nursing College of Tobruk University from the final grade of 3rd year student of academic year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. The result of the study shows the ranking of the course. The paired t-test for Computer and Average grade AY 2021-2022 has a correlation of 0.896282, a p-value of 0.000237, and AY 2022-2023 has 0.819637 and 0.0078 respectively, both showing significant difference, and Computer course is above the Average grade. ANOVA on courses compared for AY 2021-2022 at 9.160967 and AY 2022-2023 of 11.84815, have p-value below 0.000001, showing significant difference in terms of average.

Computational Treatment of First Order Delay Differential Equations Using Hybrid Extended Second Derivative Block Backward Differentiation FormulaeThis paper considers the computational solution of first order delay differential equations (DDEs) using hybrid extended second derivative backward differentiation formulae method in block form without the implementation of interpolation techniques in estimating the delay term. By matrix inversion approach, the discrete schemes were obtained through the linear multistep collocation approach from the continuous form of each step number which after implementation strongly revealed the convergence and region of absolute stability of the proposed method. Computational results are presented and compared to the exact solutions and other existing method to demonstrate its efficiency and accuracy.

Effectiveness of Assertive Community Management in SingaporeIntroduction: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) was introduced in the 1970s as a comprehensive and assertive approach to community-based case management of patients with chronic and serious mental illness. Launched in Singapore in 2003, the Assertive Community Management (ACM) was modelled after the ACT, but with the main difference of 24 hour availability for the latter only. In line with the move towards de-institutionalisation of psychiatric patients, ACM was introduced to provide a mobile community-based multidisciplinary team approach to manage patients with severe chronic psychiatric illness. This article aims to evaluate and provide an update on this service programme in Singapore following an earlier study by Fam Johnson in 2007. Materials and Methods: A naturalistic and retrospective study was conducted. One hundred and fifty-five patients recruited into ACM from 1 September 2008 to 1 September 2009 and had completed 1 year of ACM were included in our study. Outcomes were...
